Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order. After this time, cancellations may not be possible due to food preparation schedules.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be granted in cases of incorrect or defective products. Please report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order for a refund or replacement.

Online Payments
For online payments made through our website, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
